Viaplay deploys BBright decoding solution for the reception of its contribution streams

Capable of decoding up to 8 contribution streams on the same platform, of managing both AVC/H264 codecs but also HEVC and JPEG2000 up to Ultra High Definition, the BBright decoding platform won over the ViaPlay group thanks to its ease of use and also its ability to support on a same high density platform TS/ASI inputs and SDI/2110 outputs. Already a leader on the Ultra HD contribution market, BBright decoding platforms are now being deployed in HD environments with their unequaled density at this level performance and strong mastery of the latest IP standards such as ST-2110.
