How did it all start?
In February 2024, BBright joined forces with Hexaglobe Group, a french tech group composed of SGT, leader in MAM and Playout Automation solutions, and Hexaglobe, pioneer of tailor made OTT solutions.
Guillaume Arthuis, BBright Founder, explains this strategic move: “Joining the Hexaglobe Group, which already streams more than 150 million videos per day, is a great opportunity for growth. We will be able to benefit from their technological, logistical and financial strength to accelerate our development, while remaining within an independent private group, which is perfectly compatible with our DNA of responsiveness and technical excellence.”

SGT
Since 1990, SGT has been at the forefront of TV playout automation & MAM software solutions in the broadcast industry.
SGT solutions cover Tier-1 TV networks with broadcast facilities operated by its premium automation to regional TV with channel-in-a-box systems.
Hexaglobe
Hexaglobe is well renowned for its OTT services covering the entire process from ingest to delivery.
Hexaglobe specializes in building live and VOD streaming services, offering tailor-made solutions ranging from standard online streaming to complex cross-media and transmedia activations.
Together, we meet the needs of the media industry, from live content creation to the consumer’s screen: BBright for streams transport, SGT for TV channel control and management, and Hexaglobe for OTT content distribution and monetization.
